Welcome to Harry's online store. No longer must you 'shop 'til you drop' to get what you want. Harry's online has a complete selection of horseshoeing products you can order from right where you are, and have delivered right where you want them. If you can't find what you want, let us know, and we'll find it for you. Finding what you want: Harry's online has 21 departments that are shown above. When you click on any of them you will see two lists; TYPE and MANUFACTURER. Type, divides each each department by descriptions relevant to the products found there. As the name suggests, Manufacturer, divides the department by brand names.

Placing your order: Once you have found an item you want, enter the quantity in the box for that item. At this time you will be asked to login. This will ensure that any information you give us will be safe on our SECURE server. For those that do not already have one, you must create an account at this time. After you have logged in, you may edit your login info, enter your shipping info or payment info return to the marketplace, see what's in your shopping cart, make changes to your order and/or move onto the checkout.

Shipping Information: All orders are shipped via, UPS Ground, unless other arrangements have been made. To ensure prompt delivery, please enter your shipping information carefully. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, you must have a street address. If you are sending this order to someone as a gift, please note that in the COMMENT box at checkout. This will ensure the invoice and receipt are sent to your billing address and not enclosed in the package. Shipping cost plus an additional $2 handling charge will be added to your invoice.

Billing Information: Please enter your credit card number and security code carefully. Enter your name exactly as it is printed on the card and make sure the billing address is the address where you receive your monthly statement for that card. Using another persons credit card without authorization is illegal. Harry Patton will notify authorities if we suspect a credit card is being used fraudulently.

Order Confirmation: You should receive an order confirmation by your chosen method within 1 business day of sending it. In addition to confirming receipt of your order we will also notify you if any items are out of stock. You can request same day shipping for any order placed by 12:00 noon pacific time by calling either of our toll free numbers.

Overseas Orders: We do not accept credit cards on overseas orders. Harry Patton will gladly ship orders internationally after receiving a certified check or bank wire transfer for the total amount of your purchases plus freight charges and any additional shipping insurance.
